The Space

The main level opens into a wide, light-filled living area with an open-concept kitchen, a dining table for eight, and bar seating for four more. Accordion-style windows connect the kitchen and living room directly to the back patio — so you're cooking, socializing, and watching the sunset over the pool in one continuous space.

Upstairs, a second family room with a gaming system and smart TV gives the group room to split up. The rooftop deck is the real showpiece: mountain views, fire table, and some of the best stargazing in the state. Southern Utah's dark skies aren't a marketing line — on a clear night, the Milky Way is visible overhead.

Bedrooms

Sleeps up to 20 guests. Four bedrooms have private ensuites — a big deal when you're traveling with a crowd.

Private pool — heated, full-size, directly off the main living area. No sharing with the resort complex — this one's yours.

Private hot tub — adjacent to the pool, with mountain views.

Dog-Friendly

Coral Canyon Entourage welcomes up to 2 dogs of any size. A rare find for a property this large — most group-sized rentals in St. George don't allow pets. Additional pet fee applies.

The property is in The Eighth at Coral Canyon — a collection of private estates lining the 8th fairway of the Coral Canyon Golf Course, in Washington, Utah (St. George metro area).

• Snow Canyon State Park: 15 minutes. Red sandstone formations, lava tubes, and some of Southern Utah's best hiking with none of the crowds.

• Zion National Park: 45 minutes to the main entrance at Springdale. Angels Landing, The Narrows, and Emerald Pools are all day-trip distance.

• Sand Hollow State Park: 10 miles. Boating, kayaking, swimming, and ATV riding on the dunes.

• Coral Canyon Golf Course: Adjacent. Walk to the first tee.

• Tuacahn Amphitheatre: 18 miles. Outdoor Broadway-quality musicals carved into the red rock.

• SGU Airport: 23 miles / ~20 minutes.

• Las Vegas (LAS): 2 hours south via I-15 — often cheaper flights.
